Travel

  • Located on Killarney Road in Bray, just minutes off the M50 & N11 Dublin's main artery road to the Southeast. This is a sought after, established, upmarket suburb of Bray that lies within easy access into the town centre. For those looking to enjoy the delights of the eastern coastline or commute to work by rail there is a frequent commuter Dart service into Dublin's city centre and a main line service down the coast to the Sunny Southeast.
     

  • This site is also well serviced by the 145 bus route on Killarney Road, taking you directly into St. Stephens Green, O'Connell Street and Parnell Square. There is also a local feeder bus on Killarney Road to Bray Dart Station.
     

Fine Dining

  • There are several exceptional restaurants close by and to name but a few, Shelby's Brasserie, The Tower Bistro Restaurante Campo De-Fiori and The Barracuda Restaurant. A little further afield in Greystones, you have the dining choice on hand of, The Hungry Monk Restaurant, Backstage @ Bels and Amelia's Bistro in Enniskerry
     

Education

  • A choice selection of good schools lies in the immediate area Bray Senior College, St. Gerard's, Aravon Interdenominational & Montessori, Loreto College Bray and the Presentation College.
     

Industry

  • Being one of the largest towns in Ireland, Bray has a thriving business community, reinforced by a selection of office / industrial parks close by, Southern Cross Business Park, Killarney Road Business Park, Bray Industrial Estate, Old Court Industrial Estate, Cedar Industrial Park, Pinewood Close Industrial Estate, Beechwood Close Industrial Estate and Ardee Court. A short drive up the road there is the further selection of these amenities at Loughlinstown and Sandyford
     

Shopping

  • A choice selection of boutiques, stores and delicatessens are nearby, in Bray, Greystones, 'Avoca' in Kilmacangoe or Dublin's centre / southern suburbs are all within easy reach.

  • There is also a new shopping development/Neighbourhood centre situated on the Southern Cross Roundabout, which is just over 2km of Claren Court
     

The Arts

  • Bray enjoys its very own dedicated Arts Centre – Mermaid Arts Centre showcasing theatre, music productions, craft workshops for children / adults, cinema and work in their gallery. There is also the National Sea Life Aquarium
     

Golfing

  • 15 of the country's best courses are at hand for the most discerning of golf enthusiasts.
     

Sailing

  • Lying close to the sea, it is only natural that sailing is a natural pastime in the area, Bray Sailing Club was established for over 100 years and is situated at the North end of the promenade.
     

Mountaineering / Walking / Cycling / Heritage.

  • Being along the coast and at the doorstep of the Garden of Ireland 'Wicklow', outdoor activities abound. For those interested in active walking or a lazy Sunday stroll with a picnic basket the setting of the Wicklow mountains cannot be challenged as a more fitting backdrop Or if you are looking for more heritage / formal gardens, Powerscourt, Russborough, Glendalough, Wicklow has it all.
